I am giving it 4 stars just to share an assembly tip for buyers: the flexible suction straw connects to a barbed fitting on the underside of the nebulizer head. Out of the box, mine was pushed on about halfway. If you don't push it firmly until it seats flush against the collar shoulder, the high vibration from the cold-air pump can slowly wiggle the straw loose over a couple of weeks, causing the machine to pull air instead of oil. Push it snug before your first fill and it functions flawlessly.
